Introducing Paul Simari & wife Reshel Simari , affectionately known as “Prescott Paul”, a dedicated REALTOR® with Real Broker in AZ. Originally from Brooklyn and raised in NJ, Paul moved west in 2016 and fell in love with Arizona’s beauty and community. Alongside his wife, Reshel, a native Arizonian, Paul created Windmill Ranch as a tranquil retreat for families and couples.
Paul’s journey is rooted in faith and service. After a life-changing moment in 2015, he embraced a mission to help others—through real estate and hospitality. Today, Paul and Reshel pour their hearts into making Windmill Ranch a peaceful haven for guests.

Our Story
Windmill Ranch was founded by Paul Simari, affectionately known as “Prescott Paul”, and his wife, Reshel, a proud native Arizonian. After moving west in 2016, Paul fell in love with Prescott’s beauty and community spirit. His journey of faith and passion for helping others inspired him to create a space where guests could experience the same peace and joy he found in Arizona.
Together, Paul and Reshel have poured their hearts into making Windmill Ranch a welcoming haven for travelers. Their mission is simple: to provide a clean, comfortable, and serene environment where guests feel at home.
